Just wanted to say that the food this week has been a huge hit!  I had so many guys say that the stuffing on Tuesday rivaled grandma’s best recipes!  I know there were not many left overs, but I was able to snag some for my husband.  He raved about it last night!!!

Lunch today was amazing! Everyone loved it!! Thank you so much! I have the credit card information to pay for today and next week’s lunch if you want to give me a call.
Also for next week’s lunch we would like to do a few gluten free options again that are separate (they loved that we offered them something special). Everyone also really enjoyed the Chicken salad and veggie wraps/sandwiches (we are predominately female here) so could we have more of these within the assortment next week that would be great.

In case you are looking for feedback – the tortellini was tasteless and no salt, pepper or parmesan cheese was delivered with the order to help with the flavor issue.

All-in-all, 1st day was good, except the allergy and 2nd was disappointing. Perhaps next time, a call with the individual might be useful.

Yesterday’s fallwiches

Morning!
I wanted to tell you everything worked out perfectly yesterday. The travel agents I visited were raving about the food, said it was the best that anyone had ever brought into them. They loved the fallwiches, the salad and the candied apples. Well done to you and your team.
I got to try the fallwich on the pumpernickel roll with turkey, sweet
potato, cranberries. It was amazing!
The 4 insulated bags are in the back office at the hotel and our staff knows that someone will stop by to get them.

Yesterday’s holiday luncheon  was a huge success. The food was out of this world! We continue to receive rave reviews!

Everything ran smoothly. Your team – Jason, John and Craig – were awesome. Their energy and enthusiasm were contagious.

The four food lines with separate salad, dessert and beverage stations created a comfortable flow, food was plentiful, smiles were abundant and bellies were full. All in all, it was a great event.

Thank you to you and your team, especially those behind the scenes who deserve a lot of credit. I look forward to working with you again on our small scale catered lunches, as well as our big events.

And, the invoice has been approved and sent to Accounts Payable.

Just wanted to let you know that everything was great on Saturday!  Tons of food!  🙂   The quality and taste of all was excellent!  Set up was perfect!  We received a ton of compliments on how good everything was, right down to the cake!   There were a lot of people asking who the caterer was, so your name was passed onto a lot of people.  Hopefully that will get you some new business!
I’d like to pay via my Discover card, but I don’t want to email that to you here.   How do I set up the payment?  Call you?  or do you send another invoice?  Let me know please.
